Now operating 24\/7, the Manila Portal links in real time with existing Portals in Vilnius, Lublin, Dublin, Philadelphia, and Ipswich, with new locations in Piau\u00ed, Brazil, and other countries set to follow. Through the livestream, everyday moments, smiles, and spontaneous exchanges unfolded between strangers separated by thousands of miles.<\/p>\n
For Portals Organization founder Benediktas Gylys, the Manila opening signaled a meaningful expansion of the initiative\u2019s vision. He described the first Portal in Asia as a powerful step toward a world connected by direct human encounters rather than borders, highlighting Manila\u2019s warmth and strong sense of community as a natural fit.<\/p>\n
Bonifacio Global City also emphasized the Portal\u2019s role in fostering connection and cultural exchange. BGC Chief Operating Officer Enrique B. Unveiled during an opening ceremony on January 21, the Manila Portal quickly became a point of quiet fascination, drawing people to pause, look up, and connect.
