Joyful Wellness, a new health campaign by NEXT, is creating a collective movement that positions wellness not just as a personal goal but as a shared national value. Through science-backed education, inclusive tools, and community involvement, the initiative aims to help Filipinos improve their quality of life in sustainable ways.

The campaign launched with a diverse group of advocates who represent the movement’s seven pillars: Nutrition, Beauty, Mental Health, Longevity, Disease Prevention, Health Innovation, and Joy. Among them are Hazel Calawod, the campaign’s lead ambassador, and public figures such as Danie Laurel and Jayvee Fernandez.

By promoting self-awareness and proactive health choices, the campaign encourages individuals to become agents of change not only for themselves but for their families and communities.

Panelists at the launch event, including Dr. Kathy Mercado and Atty. Edsel Tupaz, emphasized how this human-centered approach can reduce long-term health risks and help address national issues like stress and chronic illness.

Support tools such as the A Better You Journal—available in hardcover and softcover editions—give individuals a practical way to engage with their health goals.
